A small news hook the size of 500 yards of investment (https://openai.com/index/announcing-the-stargate-project/) (feels bigger to me than any government projects in US history before this) into datacenters for AI. And they write that it’s even for OpenAI, but there’s no clear wording on exclusivity (or I didn’t find it). Which of course kind of reeks of an arms race, just in AI. Interesting times we live in :)
And in general, an excess of resources and money often kills innovation vibes and the motivation to do anything.

(больше мне кажется, чем любые гос проекты до этого в истории США) в датацентры для AI. А пишут что даже для OpenAI, но четкой формулировки эксклюзивности нет (или я не нашел). Что конечно смахивает на гонку вооружений, но только в AI. В интересное время живем :)
А вообще часто избыток ресурсов и денег снижает темы инноваций и мотивацию что-то делать.
