(I respect the hell out of Shopify’s CEO for the culture he broadcasts): every so often you need to nuke all recurring meetings so the company is healthier. Then for any new ones you’ll have to come up with the justification and reasons all over again. Helps you focus more on actual work.
I guess I suffer through one team weekly, which I sometimes cancel. But all those recurring 1:1s and the rest are just a curse, if you ask me.

(крайне уважаю СЕО Shopify за культуру которую он транслирует): периодически надо сносить все регулярные встречи, чтобы компания была более здоровой. Тогда для новых нужно заново будет придумать обоснование и причины. Это помогает больше сосредоточиться на работе.
Я пожалуй страдаю одним командным викли, который иногда отменяю. Но все эти регулярные 1на1 и прочее чисто проклятье как по мне.
