for everyone who’s in startups or in product. A very clear idea is conveyed about the modes of a product manager and a founder. Where the latter is:
- responsibility for what the company does and “owning the product” in the sense of striving for a bigger mission
- the ability to listen
- and being consistent in feedback and in grounding it
Manager mode is a separate topic. And arguably not unpacked that deeply.

всем, кто в стартапах или в продукте. Очень понятная мысль донесена про режимы продакт менеджера и фаундера. Где последнее это:
- ответственность за то, что делает компания и «владение продуктом» в плане стремления к бОльшей миссии
- умение слушать
- и быть постоянным в фидбеке и его обосновании
Режим же менеджера тема отдельная. И пожалуй раскрыта не так глубоко.
