Everyone’s obviously heard about making money off channels. Well now Telegram is going to share 50% of the revenue it gets. And it’ll pay out through the TON ecosystem, too. Great move — recapitalizing its own crypto. Bravo.
But overall it reminds me of Musk’s move back in the former Twitter with payouts based on views. Which were fun the first month, and then suddenly tanked. Telegram’s audience in general isn’t the priciest (not that much usage in the most expensive countries), so it’ll be interesting to watch the payout dynamics. But in the moment it’s a great move and a step forward.

Все конечно же слышали про заработки от каналов. Ну теперь телега будет делиться 50% полученного дохода. Да еще и через TON экосистему выплачивать. Отличный ход - докапитализация своей крипты. Браво.
Но в целом напоминает ход Маска в бывшем Твиттере с выплатами на основе просмотров. Которые первый месяц радовали, а потом резко просели. Аудитория у Telegram в целом не самая дорогая (не так много usage в самых дорогих странах), поэтому будет интересно понаблюдать на динамикой выплат. Но в моменте это отличный ход и движение вперед.
