Tech right now is like working at the plants and factories of the early 20th century. Like, literally one-to-one, the whole thing is playing out.
- a crisis and layoffs (automation + overhiring)
- assembly-line-ification (AI Tools)
- education will now teach programming or at least understanding what it is everywhere (writing basic prompts or using AI Tools — read: screwdrivers/hammers as shop class)
- the value of a manager and a lead, with an understanding of goals and approaches, of creativity, is going up
- there’s a fuckton of money in the system and it’ll be enough to give birth, against that backdrop, to a new industrialization (most likely biotech)

Tech сейчас это как работа на заводах и фабриках начала 20 века. Вот прям один в один все идет.
- кризис и сокращение рабочих (автоматизация + излишний найм)
- конвейризация (AI Tools)
- образование теперь будет везде учить программировать или понимать что это такое (писать базовые запросы или пользоваться AI Tools - читай отвертки/молотки как уроки труда)
- ценность менеджера и руководителя, с пониманием целей и подходов, креатива растет
- денег в системе очень много и хватит для того чтобы родить на их фоне новую индустриализацию (скорее всего биотех)
