I’ve got one question for all these labs and companies that are pumping the AI hype up to the heavens. Why do people leave these top omega badass teams — and not just people, but leaders? Like, if you see that your so-called lab is on the brink of a breakthrough and conquering the whole world. And you bounce to go build your own startup around post-train. WTF?
I mean, sure, maybe some folks don’t like the people and the vibe. But there’s money and opportunities coming out of their ears in there. Layoffs? Lol. Doubt it. But maybe it’s about equity.

У меня ко всем этим лабам и компаниям, которые разгоняют тему AI до небес есть один вопрос. Почему из этих топ омега крутых команд уходят люди, не просто люди, а руководители? Если ты видишь что условная твоя лаба на пороге открытия и завоевания всего мира. А ты уходишь делать свой стартап по пост трену. WTF?
Ну то есть допустим кого-то люди и атмосфера не устраивает. Но денег, возможностей там выше крыше внутри. Увольнения? Ахах. Вряд ли. Но может доля есть.
