There’s another thing I’ve noticed over a long time, and sometimes I catch myself doing the same too. No matter how I ask a startup founder or someone running their own project — everyone’s doing fucking amazing. Every release is a success. It’s always like, 1-2-3-5-10-100 ARR is just around the corner, like, tomorrow, and next month there’ll be a round, two, three.

I’m curious what kind of effect this creates at scale? Because 90% won’t have rounds and won’t, and will basically never have progress. Why does nobody want to share the real questions? Seems to me one of the main reasons is founder ego being pushed into the public stream. What do you think?
