Ваш руководитель должен быть прям неприятный, который постоянно челленджит, который с вами говорит, но не успокаивает, берите на него референсы (это нормально). Всегда, запомните всегда, задавайте на собесе ему вопросы в лоб. Любые, начиная от зп до отношения к выходным и прочему.
