1/ Ran into a short post (https://dynomight.net/smart/) about AGI, where, IMO, it touches the question “what does it even mean to be smarter than a human and what would that give us.” Because the definition of AGI is blurry—what does “automating discoveries” mean, acceleration? As for me, being afraid of super-intelligence in the current reality isn’t even worth it. Interesting.
